House rules
Welcome to Annona Apartments. We want your stay to be pleasant, quiet and carefree. Please respect the house rules and treat the space as your own home.
A later check-out is possible only by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and rooms.
If smoking occurs in a unit, the guest will be charged a fee equal to the price of two nights, to cover additional cleaning, odour removal and the unit being unavailable for rental.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Please avoid noise that may disturb other guests during this period. Loud music, parties, celebrations and gatherings are not allowed.
Only registered guests may stay in the accommodation.
Additional unregistered persons are not allowed without prior arrangement with the host.
Please use the furniture, appliances and other contents with care.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Damage to or loss of contents will be charged according to the actual cost of repair or replacement. If you notice a fault or damage, please let us know as soon as possible so we can act immediately.
Bringing flammable, explosive or otherwise dangerous materials into the building is not allowed.
When leaving, please check that the windows are closed and lock both the apartment and the building's entrance door.
Pets are not allowed.
Before departure, please check that you have all your personal belongings and leave the accommodation tidy.
By starting to use the accommodation, the guest is considered to have read and accepted these house rules.
